Ideal for the inspection of cans, products in Tetra Brik cartons and glass jars, the DYMOND S can be installed on an existing straight conveyor belt, aligning the tube and detector simply and quickly, thanks to a new system with numbered notches.

Featuring an innovative design, all main internal components are easy to access and replace, and all internal parts of the machine are easy to reach and wash.

With the DYMOND S, Dylog has created an actual Plug&Play solution for products in rigid containers, while maintaining an outstanding inspection level.
Along with the innovative design of the hardware, the software interface for the DYMOND S has been entirely restyled, for an extremely easy use and features a comprehensive range of functions that are the result of more than 15 years’ experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The use of sophisticated algorithms ensures an optimal performance, even when compared to systems with a superior power.

Remote control of the machine is available, along with a multi-level password-protected system, for a large number of operators to work, each with his/her own password.
